Keo Sarath , at times spelled Kev Sarath was an extremely well known Cambodian artist. 

For a great part of the grisly administration of the Khmer Rouge , he lived in an evacuee camp in the Cambodian-Thai fringe, where he started his musical career.He then made a trip to the United States, Boston. 

A genuine disease contracted amid these troublesome years was because of him; it was not legitimately administered to.
